Graduate Student High Achievers Alternate Tuition Rate (ATR)
Starting Fall 2026, SIU offers an Alternate Tuition Rate for non-resident, first-time graduate students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance. Eligible students will pay in-state graduate tuition if they meet the criteria highlighted in the Graduate Student High Achievers Alternate Tuition Rate policy (PDF).
